A RARE and beautiful 18th-century bronze statue depicting Saint Peter, one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ. Patron Saint of bakers, butchers, fishermen, harvesters, locksmiths and cobblers. Great casting workmanship with a large amount of detail. The statue comes from a monastery in France and dates back to the period of the mid 1700s.
